![]() Same news as the last couple weeks here -- working, nobody has any real clue when or where she'll be back but she'd been on the tab.
Trust me, there are enough people here who absolutely adore that horse and won't let you miss any news! |

From Hollywood Park stable notes... ![]() Unbeaten Vacare To Ship For Gamely (no author listed) Vacare, a 4-year-old filly unbeaten in five starts, will be shipped to Hollywood Park for the $300,000 Gamely Breeders' Cup Stakes on May 28, trainer Christophe Clement said Friday from New York. "We are planning to come," said Clement. "She will work here (Belmont Park) on Sunday." Vacare, a Kentucky-bred daughter of Lear Fan, won the Grade I Queen Elizabeth Stakes at Keeneland in October when she was trained by Chris Block. In her only start for Clement, Vacare won the Magna Distaff Stakes at Gulfstream Park at 1 1/16 miles on turf on April 1. Vacare is owned by Jon and Sarah Kelly of Rancho Santa Fe. The Grade I Gamely for fillies and mares will be run at 1 1/8 miles on turf. Clement shipped Voodoo Dancer here to finish third in the 2002 Gamely. Three Degrees, another Gamely candidate, worked seven furlongs on Cushion Track in a bullet 1:26.20 under exercise rider Dominic Praunas for the Paddy Gallagher stable. Three Degrees, runner-up in the Grade I Matriarch here in November, has been freshened following a third-place finish in the San Gorgonio Handicap at Santa Anita in January. Gallagher said Victor Espinoza will ride the filly for the first time in the Gamely. |
