Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I keep up with alot of racing legislation, and will keep an eye on this.

Sucks, but maybe this will change...

Blogo will just increase their taxes form 70% of the gross to 95% of the gross

notice he got away with doing that to the Casinos and now he wants to tax the gross (not the profit) of "big" business.
