Default OT--Minnesota Twins

You are in 3rd place and looking to make a move before the All-Star break. You go 9-1 in your last 10 games and you make up ZERO ground. Detroit and Chicago both went 9-1 during the same period. Now that has to suck for the Twinkies.

Agreed.
Bad break.

The start of the season killed them this year. Unfortunately for them a 3rd place finish is their ceiling, unless of course they can absolutely dominate the Tigers and or White Sox in their remaining head to heads. I dont see that happening.

Sadly I totally agree with you Playa. But hopefully "those other Sox" will at least make a nice run and maybe give you guys a better series than we did last year in the first round. That was awful.

I doubt you'll see Wells back soon Playa. He made a comeback too early and got shelled pretty good once. I think he pitched 1 other time and did so-so but still got hit pretty hard. Clement will be back healthy soon. They will be in great shape by Sep. Hopefully they can kick clear of the Yankees soon.
