Two comments...the rumor per that fox on HRTV was that Tiago and Dominican were not in good form..in particular DOM has lost 200lbs,

Look..I am just reporting what she said on air..so if they both deadheat for the win..don't X me.

1) STREET SENSE (#7) Borel / Nafzger 4-1
Attempting to be the first horse to win both the Breeder’s Cup
Juvenile and the Kentucky Derby the next year & break the “jinx”,
that monster win (10 lengths) was over the Churchill strip,
trainer won from same post position 17 years ago with Unbridled.

2) HARD SPUN (#8) Pino / Jones 15-1
Well bred runner turned in lightning fast work over the track this past week,
moves up if track has any moisture, connections have been changing
plans with this horse all along the derby trail, this is why I chose him
second and not first.

3) GREAT HUNTER (#20) Nakatani / O’Neill 15-1
Got the worst of draws stuck on the far outside, I’m throwing out his
last start in the Blue Grass Stakes where his jockey should have filed a
claim of foul, tough to see him winning…
but could add spice to your exactas & triples.

4) COWTOWN CAT (#6) Jara / Pletcher 20-1
May be the overlooked of the Pletcher runners, improving in each start
& running style may put in the mix early, the “value” play in my opinion
plus “Chokes” is very high on him!
