Default Hard Spun looks ready.

In the Post Parade I think Hard Spun looked the Best to me. Street Sense looks a little flat. Curlin will hit the board. I'll take Hard Spun, Curlin, and Xchanger in a tri box.

He gets beat regardless, he tried to get away. Nothing wrong with that aggressive ride. His other option was sit behind the exhausted speed and get a hamsandwich

I'll have the ham sandwich and wait until the turn before I unleashed the Beast. He was three wide going into the turn and 1/8 mile quicker into the bit than the other two and gets beat a couple at the end on the dead inside where the track is deeper. I've never rode a horse and I'll never claim to be a better rider than Pino but sometimes one has to wonder what in the hell they are thinking.

Hey a 2nd in the Derby, a 3rd in the Preakness. No shame in that. I like the guy.

I'm furious. The colt was doing what everyone said he wasn't going to do by rating and then he gets thrown to the wolves by Pino moving him too soon. Ticks me off.

I have the same opinion, there was no need to move like that on horses like Xchanger and Flying First Class. They moved on there own right back to the field in due time. A more patient ride would have kept him in the mix longer.
