David Greenawalt tapped for Moonlight
This is an interesting development, he will be the showrunner for the show about a vampire PI. Don't know what to make of this move by CBS...they announced that several of the lead roles would be recast and the pilot reworked. David of course was a writer on Buffy before going with Joss to create Angel. Many folks have been critical of a show with so much apparently in common with Angel but David is a very creative guy and, if they let him, I suspect he will greatly improve this show!

I think so...and Angel was criticized in the beginning for being like Forever Knight! It wasn't and both shows ended up in my top 4 all time favorites!
