lol, damnit, i really wasnt going to mention him in this thread!

i understand that the great monkey actually broke the 49 second barrier for a half mile work!

now if only i could think of some appropriate insult for pg1985. i was going to say something along the lines of excess moisture, but i didnt want to offend anyone.

You mean you're not having sleepless nights in anticipation of TGM's debut?

Well, I don't know about any of ya'll, but I have an alarm system connected to the workout releases on TGM, which alerts me any hour of the day when there is even a mention of him on here or DRF. I too have those sleepless nights about his workouts, and have such great anticipation of his first start...

Actually on the topic -- that was the horse who won first time in the U.S. about as easily as a horse could, right -- just swallowing the field like it was no big deal?

If that's the same horse, and I think it is, it should be interesting to see if he can reproduce that monster effort. If that's not the same horse, then I'm missing a horse that I should be following.

yep, that's the horse. Crossing The Line is his name. He's a beautiful looking gelding by Cape Cross.

absolutely toasted that field last month at six furlongs. Stretches out to a mile now but I see nothing in here likely to touch him.
