allrighty then folks...

Explain the song I've been through the desert on a horse with no name... it felt good to be out of the rain.

by America I believe.

I completely dont get it.


I had heard some of the references about the other song.

America is the best ! Sister Golden Hair , Ventura Highway ! Horse with no name was a personal Fav when I was a little Kid ! Don't need to get it, hard to get into people's heads who are dropping acid , like our friend Mort

Once upon a time in a faraway land lived a horse.He was an orphan.Thus he had no name.Then he found a family that adopted him and henceforth he was not relagated to live outside in the rain.Patrick i hope this clears up your situation of what the song means and if i can be of anymore assistance to you i'm just a plethora of information.

The DVD details how they did it, they had to drag a ton of equipment in there.

I remember going to see Live at Pompeii, often , Midnight Movie , Valley Stream , Long Island , Hazy Nights , those were the days

Based on this site its about Heroin but probably not.
