Angry WTF? ...nice ride "I-bar"

Stranglehold on Silver Timber, tries to squeeze between horses where there's little space and result...no win, no 2nd and D.Q. from 3rd. What was he thinking??? He gets days for this one.

Just a horrible ride...this horse was 2 for 2 going this distance at this track. He had a "ton" of horse and decides to go in between, instead of around in this short field. My wagering day has been bad...yes, I'm talking like a gambler!

His "balls" may cost him today.

I just watched the replay again and saw the head on. he really had no chance to get outside the winner and his only real shot to win was to find some sort of hole. There was no hole and he decided to make his own, which is dangerous no doubt. But I still want an aggressive rider over someone not willing to take a shot. It just didn't work this time. I still question as to whether or not he beats the winner if he gets through unscathed anyway.
At the top of the stretch, he had a "stranglehold" on Silver Timber, looked like a ton of horse.
This horse figured to run better than his ride.

The shot behind them going down the stretch showed there wasn't much room to squeeze between horses,
he may not have won...but could have got 2nd.

He doesn't beat Vance today, he was in hand most of the time, if he goes wide, he probably hangs and gets third, it was the only move for him, and I am guessing he figured he makes his way and if he gets DQed, he gets DQed

Eibar is struggling mightily at Saratoga thus far. Now, he's not in Mike Luzzi territory, but he is struggling and it has to have something to do with Contessa also struggling.

Contessa had one overbet horse after another go down today. I think he's 5 for 75 right now.

On the flipside, watch out for John Kimmel who now has winners three days in a row after a slow start.

Have to agree here triple H although I must have watched a different race, I thought if ST gets a clean trip he WINS. Its not like TD won by 5 or 6 lengths he won by a 1/2 length with a clean trip. ohh I did not Bet the race

TD Vance did get a clean trip, but was 3 wide most of the turn and in the 4 path entering the stretch. There was room between the 5 and 6 about halfway up the stretch if Eibar was patient enough. ST had a good chance to win if he waited.
