Saratoga Changes 8/23
I'm trapped at work and cannot access the NYRA website with the changes can someone tell me if the rails are still up on the turf courses and if there are any scratches in the late P-4.

Inner and Mellon both set at 18ft
Race 6 1A 3 4 Race 7 1A, 10 11 12 Race 8 6 8 Race 9 4 11 Vitruvius scratching in the 6 really changes things.
