Your not in the United States of America Fallon. This is a ridiculous decision, if he is found guilty he would be thrown out of the sport anyway. What is the rush to judge the guy.

I don't see any difference between that and our justice system. They did a thorough investigation and obviously have strong evidence against him.
In the United States, if they have strong evidnce against you, they will arrest and you will go to jail. You will go to jail even before your trial. If you can afford it, you may be able to get out on bail, but not always. In some cases where the crime is very serious, the judge will not allow bail. So even in this country you have people being punished before their trial.
