Laugh it up now
while you still can ND haters. I have no problem with you guys talking trash and laughing at the 1-8 Notre Dame team, because they are just that, a 1-8 team. The recruits continue to come in strong, so have your fun now while you still can.

The problem is the Noodles recruiting classes have been overrated as well for the past several years.
If the Noodles beat AirForce ....Mrs. Weiss will get another 10 years. Last edited by Mortimer : 11-07-2007 at 03:03 PM. |

It doesn't matter if they have great recruits if they're going to learn from a coach who runs a 4th and 8 instead of punting safely! That wasn't Joe Montana out there!!

I really like Charlie Weis... as a person.
I actually hope he is successful, he is basically a good guy. I dont particularly like to see the ND kids suffer either, they normally try and recruit good kids. Texas was supposed to try and recruit good kids and a few got chucked in jail. Thats hard to do in Austin. So it shames me, even if they do win. I dont like it when my alma matre recruits thugs. I would rather lose. I think some of it has to do with the ex-football players in Austin that just hang out and the other young kids that are playing hang out and get in trouble. But I blame them for picking the wrong people to associate with. |

I just left Foxsports.com and some one said Notre Dame is going to the I lost the NBC contract bowl. Is this game going to played in a toilet or maybe in a sewer?

Well, it is Notre Dame, so if they had beat Navy they probably would have shot up to around #15 or so. So many years of ass-kissing by the media.
I still remember when THE Ohio State was kicking them all over the field in the Fiesta Bowl, and all you heard was how Charlie Weise is an offensive genius. What a load of sheet... |

While we are at it, let's all give a giant laughout to the Charlie Weis of college basketball, Billy Gillispie. Wonderful work Billy, you just lost by 16 to a team that was 9-21 in the Atlantic Sun conference last year. In time you may have people suggesting the firing of Tubby Smith was unwarranted, unfair, and possibly racially motivated just like Ty Willingham.

Second) What I am for sure about. Tubby resigned. He was already talking with Minnesota in February. Isn't that called collusion while coaching his team at Kentucky?

To the second part Tubby was run out of town. He may have officially resigned but no decision had been made as to whether or not they were going to bring him back or fire him. |
