Default Just your everyday 300-1 shot

winning the 2nd at Chester today

6 GEORGIAN BAY 666.20 21.60
1 EXPRESSIVE 5.20 2.80
8 I LUV IT 10.00

$1 EXA (6/1) $198.50 $1 TRI (6/1/1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) $419.60 $1 DD (7/6) $69.20

the $21.60 is actually the show price. I am assuming that noone had any place money on the horse.

He was 3-2.

also...no one hit the early pick 3 there either (races 1-3). All the payoffs were showing 2 of 3 and it ended up paying $8.90 for $1

I was going to ask what the heck is "Chester", but didn't want to appear ignorant. This must be a relatively new track, as I have never heard of it before, and I used to be a Harness guy.

All the big boys drive there during the day. Purses are really good.

Chester is a brand new track (racino) just south of Philly. It is a benificiary of the new PA slot money. Chester is perhaps one of the slumiest cities in the entire world. The purses recieve a big boost from the new slot money just like Presque Isle in Erie even thought their meet was much longer. They are pulling in good riders and trainers because the are within 90 minutes of Freehold and Big M.

I've been through that area, but it was about 20 some years ago. Have they replaced Dover Downs?
