![]() Do they have a law that says that you can be fined if a cop hears you swear?
Also, do they fine speeders something like $70 a mile for each mile over the speed limit? Reason why I ask is this cat was telling me that when he lived their last year he had a $750 speeding ticket and after the cop gave it to him he said **** and the cop then tagged on another $40 fine for cussing. |

![]() not sure about virginia. but i do know of a man who flipped off a cop who passed him going in the other direction. the policeman turned around, put on his lights, pulled the guy over, and wrote him a ticket or arrested him-can't remember which. case went to the supreme court, where they ruled it was free speech, no law broken.

it was a trick post. you actually want to yell "movie!". all the really stupid people sit down for previews. just keep coughing "excuse me" through the smoke until you reach safety. |

![]() The only decent thing to come out of Virginia during the 20th century was Secretariat.
Up until recently, interracial marriage was against the law. Amazingly enough, I think the law was finally struck down in 1971. |
