I thought about buying it but - I already have them and if they aren't remastered with extras.. what's the point? I heard that Wish You Were Here may be released on 5.1 surround DSD SACD some time around 02/08. Same treatment as Dark Side of The Moon which is excellent. Even if you don't have SACD player the redbook CD layer is ultra clean quiet

Not holding my breath though.

as far as Frank Sinatra - he was the man at what he did and his backing bands were excellent at what they do. Not going to buy it either.

"The band is just fantastic, that is really what I think. Oh by the way, which one is Pink?"
"And did they tell you the name of the game, boy. They call it riding the Gravy Train."

-Have A Cigar, Pink Floyd from "Wish You Were Here"

My Five Essential Albums:

1) Dark Side of the Moon, Pink Floyd
2) Wish You Were Here, Pink Floyd
3) Kind of Blue, Miles Davis
4) Rhapsody in Blue, George Gershwin

and my most obscure favorite,
5) Mahogany Rush Live, Frank Marino & Mahogany Rush -- I attended one of the concerts recorded to create this album. Live music rules! (for extra laughs here, Journey opened from them that night!) Ticket cost: $2.94, local radio station subsidized price from regular $5.00 face value. Remember the good 'ol days...

we gotta be close to the same age. I had Mahogany Rush live on LP. didn't replace it with CD (yet) The last time I paid $5 for a concert was King's X with Masters of Reality back in 89.
