The effect of drugs in racing
This is wild and never heard of something like this. It proves it doesn't pay to be clean if your opponent takes drugs. That's a weird way to look at it!

That's grossly unfair. How would they know beforehand that they weren't eligible? I mean they shouldn't even be allowed to enter those races then.
