I just saw the absolutely strangest thing.
Was watching the running of the 4th race and I actually saw horses GAINING on the OUTSIDE. Go figures, when it rains the ENTIRE track gets wet. When the NYRA crew works on the track, only the inside get attention, apparently. Nothing like torrential rain to even things out a bit. Way to go crew.
