Default Tampa 3/26 11th race

What is up with this race? I have some time today and am preping for next week when I make the trip for KNS's race. Have some live ones but I can't for the life of me find a horse that wants to win this race.

Any ideas out there in DT world?

Spider I like the 11 with Rosie but would protect with the 7,2,4 in that order per the sheets and UPP's......GL

Thanks..I came up with the same ones but my god they all suck. 1 for 27 or what ever is just a miserable record and the 4 is just so slow. I guess the 11 should be the choice but something tells me there's a stinker that will get up. I guess they are all stinkers.

Spydee, these N2L's are awful.

Slow or not, the 4 - Skyblue Cowgirl has to be considered, because of the way she won her last and this being her 4th race, there may still be some improvement there.

The 7 - Brittanys Honor, is a wire to wire threat. She has an awful 29 1 3 2 record, but 2 of those placings have come in her last two races, so I am inclined to think she is in peak form. Her last race was a lifetime best, so the bounce theorists may be shying away.

If the 7 is pressured (probably by the 2 - Paula's Pilates), the 11 - She's Bloomin, is the top candidate to pick up the pieces.

Those are the only positives I can come up with.

The negatives are as follows:

1 - Tampa races way too slow to keep up, even in this crap race.
2 - 0 for 17 lifetime on fast dirt tracks.
3 - Speed and fade router, can't get the lead comfortably here.
4 - Maybe too slow.
5 - 0 for 10 on the Tampa main. Wants the lead and can't get it comfortably here.
6 - Her best race has disappeared in the rear view mirror. Centeno couldn't wake this one up.
7 - Difficulty finding the wire.
8 - Liz Cedeno = autotoss
9 - Seems to have soured after decent January efforts. Needs a major reversal.
10 - Hasn't hit the board in 12 Tampa tries.
11 - Needs to find her closing kick. Rapid pace required.
12 - C. Kifer = autotoss.

That said, my top three in order.
4,7,11

I can't completely dismiss the 1 here..granted she rarely lifts a hoof, but the drop out of ALW to N2L 8k is substantial, even though the horse never factored at the level, the addition of blinkers and the cutback may spark some interest early from the rail and it won't take much of a lead to hold off this bunch after the 5 and 7 fade. Still think the 11 is the play, but going to use the 1,2,4,11

Yea, met up with my long time racing buddy and he came up with the 1 as well.

Thanks to all for the input. We often discuss the good races but rarely exchange ideas on some of these mind benders.

Yikes is right. These N2Ls are a bitch. I would much rather handicap a bunch of firsters in a maiden race.

Back home - no sure which country south of the border he's from, but his wife had a baby and he went home for the birth and apparently decided to stay for a while.
