I just went to bloodhorse and it says he has continuing back pain. hes gone to see a specialist in LA and has given his egent Knust permission to take Nakatani's book. He will book both riders when Pval returns. Glad to hear its not drug related although I suspect its the lack of ebing able to take pain killers that must be really hurting him(I assume as a recovering addict that he can't take those) and its been going on a while. Hope he recovers soon. Del Mar won't be as much fun without him beating that gate and riding the hair off of them down the lane.

The last time P.Vals agent took another jocks book was when he shaved his body so they couldn't get a hair sample. The agent was Nick Cosato and he happen to thak Nakatani's book at the time. I guess Nakatani figures he will get alot of P.Vals rides from the days off.

Thats truly a damn shame. Pain must have gotten unbearable and it probably means missing the whole Del Mar meet.
