Default Should the 6 horse have been DQed in the Hol 7th?

I've seen horses taken down for less. Of course they were big long shots and this was a favorite. It took a lot of courage for the stewards to make no change

I just don't think she wins that if she doesn't do what she did. She came out too much to just ignore. I could overlook one bump, but these horses that heard other horses that much should be taken down. She wins by what? Half a head? If she won by a length or something, then I could maybe overlook it,but no, she should have been taken down. I'll tell you what though. That lil runt is pretty cool to watch. I think her size may have had something to do with it. Who doesn't like to see a lil horse like that trying that hard?

I had the winner singled in the 1 slot of a triple and keyed in the late pick four. I was obviously biased since I was hoping they would let the result stand. I was unsure if the contact made a difference . I expected the stewards to take down the 3/2 winner because it would have increased the chances for a pick six carryover.

The results of the 8th and the 9th probably would have ended the chances of a carryover anyway.
