Default Barkley

http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/news/story?id=3404115

"I like to go into Vegas, it's a fun place, but you know what, I've got to stop gambling. That's the bottom line," Barkley said during TNT's pregame show before Game 7 between San Antonio and New Orleans. "I am not going to gamble anymore. For right now, the next year or two, I'm not going to gamble."-C.B.

Maybe he should of said he will cut back.He can't pull away from the dinner table, and I doubt he can get away from the card tables. He should learn to use the word "try." Americans like that word.

I liked when Charles raced Dick Bavetta at last years All Star Game. With the winner (Barkley) donating the 5000 dollars to charity he and Bavetta wagered on the race. Someone (i think Kenny Smith) mentioned that Charles was some sport donating the 5 grand to charity while he walked around vegas playing blackjack for 25,000 a hand.

He thinks he is smart. That's what got him in trouble. This guy once thought he could get elected as something in Alabama. Then, like a fool, he starts talking about the fact that his High School had both a White Prom Queen, and a Black Prom Queen. I just don't see him getting any new Bama voters (with him using that brilliant technique.) Now, if you're talkin' about John Daly, then you've got something else going on there. He doesn't think he is smart. Johnboy just be fkd up.

Turrible...Flat out turrible...From his card playing/gambling technique to the opportunity seized by the casino to exploit this incident publicly.
