BTW, it's absolutely asanine for guys not to all be pitching Soriano that way. Stand up. If you don't want to stand up, then we throw inside until you decide to stop leaning over. The reason the guy got hurt is because other guys don't do their job (of also pitching him inside.) So, he wasn't expecting it enough to get out of the way. The reason they don't pitch inside is because their control is such sh-t that they can't afford to give up a pitch.

I almost think it is a good thing, gotta keep him healthy and rather now, then in September. We should be able to stay afloat, we are a pretty deep team this year. Should be interesting to see what they do, the platoon with Reed Johnson and Edmonds has been going well. Edmonds is starting to get his timing back. I think someone got in his head and told him "You are not a HR hitter anymore, line drives if you want to stay here"

Personally, i would like for them to call up Pie this last time and give him the full six weeks of playing, he never gets it and it takes PLAYING to get into a rhythm, this way we can either keep him or cut his ass
