Default Belmont 7th Sunday

Nice small stakes race on the card, the thinking here is Zee Zee and hopefully Forest Trail who may or may not have won her last race without the well documented trouble she had in her last race will take the bulk of the action here. Julia Tuttle and Senior Rita Lady are not impossible either making this a great betting race.

I like Miss Challenge, was lucky of enough to catch her in her last race and though I know she won't be the same price today, she did win impressively. Bargain price if she goes off at the ML 5/1.

I don't see why Zee Zee has to win here; and even if Forest Trail had found room last time, she would've benefited from a perfect inside trip. FT does figure to get a perfect trip today from the inside.

Julia Tuttle is definitely interesting. It comes down to how Coa rides her. She's cutting back in distance and thus shouldn't need the lead, and should be able to sit just off the pace and control the race. Of course, Coa could also get into an early duel with, possibly, Dutrow's horse (or even Rap Tale), which would do her in.

I'll take a shot if she's morning line or >.

Forest Trail ran her race no excuses for her today, it looks like Miss Challenge is turning out be a promising horse, she has a nice closing kick for races at about this distance. The pace was not a quick one but she won pretty comfortably or atleast wasn't overly urged to do so, 5-1 was a cool price on her. Hope some cashed on her today.
