i doubt he only gets five years. rather serious charges/convictions. it's mandatory 5 years on the kidnapping alone. his lawyers will appeal, but he'll sit in jail meanwhile..

You are correct. And the judge has a ton of wiggle here. If she chooses to make the sentences run consecutively as opposed to concurrently, Simpson will never be a free man again.
