Default Obama wins Georgia

1,994,990 people have already voted in Georgia. In 2004 there were only 3,301,875 voters in total in Georgia. 35% of the voters so far are African Americans even though the polls have been assuming they would make up 25% of the electorate. Considering the last 11 polls in Georgia have had McCain up by 7 points or less the math is not good for the Republicans. Georgia will go blue tomorrow.

What's the population like in the other 8% of the precincts?

I have no clue, the whole point is it seems unlikely to me that under 1 million voted in Georgia today. There may be a crapload of votes still coming in the mail or that haven't been counted. McCain will probably still win, but it will be closer to the 50-48 margin the exit polls showed than by the early projections in the state.

I have no clue how likely or unlikely that is to be honest and I won't pretend that I know how many actually voted today in Georgia. All I am saying is that you would think the population percentage in those 7 or 8% of the precincts that haven't reported yet would matter some (especially if they are in Atlanta.)

I was laughing more at you putting the cart before the horse. That's all.

Whatever, I was dead on in every state but Georgia and possibly Indiana which I thought would go McCain but may go Obama and I chose to take the longest shot and post about it. I don't see you pulling out GPK's posts from months ago where he ridiculed me for suggesting that Obama would win Virginia to laugh your f*cking ass off.

Georgia has been taken away from McCain and is back in undeclared territory. Maybe I'm not so crazy after all.

He's done nothing to warrant my respect. Let's see who he fills his cabinet with first.
