ok, How can there only be 5% or less of the precincts reporting and less than 10,000 vote difference between the 2 major candidates and they declare victory for one of them.

They've been basing these projections, not on the vote tallies as they add them up, but on exit polling that they're doing

Yes, I don't like how they make some of these projections. All the networks want to be the 1st one to call a state, and eventually tonight to call the election one way or the other
