http://www.washingtonmonthly.com/fea...301.green.html It's not in this article, but my favorite quip someone said about Bush was that he actually governs the way conservatives pretend Reagan governed. Anyway, it's a fair article (certainly doesn't make him look bad) and reminded me of a lot of stuff I'd forgotten about the Reagan Administration.
