Public Handicapper ?
Anybody else involved at Public Handicapper?

Hey you have a chance to win some prizes and if you enjoy doing a little bit of writing you can include an analysis with your four weekly selections. If you get involved post your PH user name and I can include you on my PERSONAL PAGE. Yes it is FREE! I have pasted some info off the website below. If want to play in the contest that starts this month sign-up now The first deadline is not until 11:00 EST today.  After a month of being idle, we can say only one thing: A horse, a horse, my kingdom for a horse! Ages ago we were handicapping the Breeders' Cup. To remind us, Church Service will be running in the Hollywood Turf Cup. Also running on Saturday are Winchester, and Zappa, and Slew's Tizzy. Hmmm might not be so bad a Winter after all. Thousands will compete for our top prize this Winter, a Ben Franklin, one-hundred dollar bill. But only one handicapper can win. Will it be you? The Winter of Our Discontent Challenge runs thru the end of January. Check out the official rules here. All races will be run on weekends, except Christmas week, when we'll celebrate the opening of Santa Anita on Friday, Dec 26. Remember, you do not need to sign up again. Just log on and make your picks. Also remember that we keep last contest's records up until a few minutes before we post results. That gives the standings form, and let's us see who Magic Reisner likes. Good luck! This week's races are: The Display S. at Woodbine (Sat.) The My Charmer S. at Turfway Park (Sat.) "PH" is a terrific site and an under-appreciated web resource for fans/players. I haven't been as diligent as I used to be about making selections there, but it's great fun and offers insight ahead of race days as to how the public may bet the stakes...

DT group at PH?
Thanks for chiming in Steve!
I think it would be very interesting to see a group of Derby Trailers get involved at Public Handicapper because without a doubt we have some terrific 'Cappers in this community.

Cowgirl, that is an impressive stint, seven years! PH became a habit, for me, a year ago.
CFG, you are indeed a very insightful handicapper. I have enjoyed reading your weekly analysis in the past. I usually go through my selection process then read what the editors have to say before making my selections. I know I always felt that I was headed in the right direction when I agreed with you. My PH name is Ouzo Tower. I'm sure there are more than just three or four of us. Steve, what was your PH name? Will you be getting back on the site? I know your weekend handicapping often includes a PH race or two.
