Default Today at Tampa

8th race...a real skull buster, but value should reign if you can find the right horse. Megachurch is too obvious, but not sure the horse is really that much faster.

Of the rest I like two shots. Bells of Concerto (2)has had two reasonable races last month who put over another 2YO second on the turf.

White Pearl (8) stretches out which is not an angle I like, but showed he could close with speed and may run away.

I'll use these two in some horizontal bets if I can find some horses in other races.

Anyone else like anyone this race?

IMO...if Megachurch runs her race and none of the AE's draw in, she will have no problem with these.

Trust me, nobody dislikes chalk more than I do....but she is simply better than these. She was bet to a very respectable 9-1 in a Grade 3 race in only her 2nd career start. And she had virtually no chance in that race being marooned on the far outside going 1 1/16 at Belmont. We all know what the winner of that race came back to do as well.

I laughed. If she loses, all of my horizontal plays involving that race will be losers, as she will be a single on every ticket.

9th race: How can the 5 Somanykisses run without a workout? I guess the horse was training somewhere they did not keep times or post them. Just seems unfair to the handicapper.

Comments?

Wouldn't surprise me to see her scratch or they may post a late workout notice.

Taking a shot at the late 4, saving enough money in my account to tackle a few races @ SA, namely the E. Logan and the late 4. GL all!!

8: 9,11
9: 6,9,10,11
10: 4,7,12
11: 9,10

$48 total...
