Tough sequence - the mdn races are wide open; and Technically Wicked is rail speed in the 9th and I don't think can be left out... Good luck Hooves... I'm hoping to pare the 7th down and pray for help from the scratch gods in the maiden legs to make it playable because I'm sitting 5x4x5 in the last three

TAMPA PICK 4 TUES (some longer ones to add to Hooves ticket)
RACE 7 1MILE AND 40YDS CLAIMING 8K

PP 3 SUMMER PARTY GIRL ML 5/2
PP 5 CHINANOTE ML 2-1
PP 7 RUNNING SUPER STAR ML 8-1

The (6 Darned Bird )should win the race if TGH meant anything at Tampa. 0-11 is tough to back and the works before the first off the layoff seemed to herald an overall improvement in the horse if the Delaware form could fly south for the winter. It did not first off the layoff but is worth covering in the P4 in case he awakens and believes he is at Delaware Park.

Don't sell the (2 The Move Man 20/1) short on the stretch out. The claim 2 races back is about this set up for Morrison where he is 2 for 5 (40%) sprint-sprint-route and 4-12 (25%) off sprint route moves off the claim. The lack of early speed in this race will get a check at the least for MM. If he gets out there and wins your looking at a whopper of a price!!---------------------------------------------------------------------
RACE 8 1MILE AND 1/16TH TURF MCLM 50K

PP 6 PLEASURE ACADEMY ML5-1
PP 1 NEEDIN KISSEN ML 7/2
PP 9 A JUNE AFFAIR ML 10-1

Watch out for #5 (Alexanders Halo)(12-1) who's only turf outing at Belmont might win this. Not our favorite trainer angle but even the blind squirrel finds a Teuflesberg now and then.---------------------------------------------------------
RACE 9 7F 30K 0/C

PP 4 UNTUTTABLE GAL ML 2-1 IF RIGHT WINS EASY
PP 3 TENACIAUS GATOR ML 4-1 2ND STARTOFF LAYOFF TURF 2 DIRT

The( 7 Check My Daddy) is likely lone early speed here and has some things to like off the layoff. (6 Fotograffia) has the second best time at he distance and has run races that win this a half dozen back
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
RACE 10 6F MCLM 12.5K

PP 7 SEED OF FAITH ML 5-1 HAS THE LOOK OF A PET
PP 6 LIL GLITTER ML 8-1 TRAINER BETTER THAN LOOKS
PP 4 STEPASIDE GIRLS ML 20-1
PP 1 FIVE O FIVE ML 6-1 CUTS BACK IN DIST GETTING BETTER?

James and Katherine think (#3 Trisarahops) have the Wright stuff having trained now in Tampa for a month after many races at higher levels at FL showing off early foot in a race without much.

(#11 Puremiracle) woke up last in MSW with a nice effort and a running style that will see her closing in the nitecap making her my top selection here.

GL all....

Doc, the sooner you start throwing out horses that only have good form at the land of make believe (DEL), the sooner you'll get to stop wasting precious Pick 4 slots. It ain't just the "unfamiliar surroundings" that makes these horses suddenly forget how to run when they ship elsewhere.

Also FYI, Alexandra's Halo is owned by DT'er and good guy Paul Giacopelli (pgiaco), so there's another reason to root for AH.

I knew I had seen the horse's name before just couldn't place it.....Delaware to New York NOOO!!!......Delaware to Tampa used to be okay....2 deep tracks with some comparable variables. Any sequence that pays has these marginal horses that win. It's all about how you find them.

You're missing the point Doc. It's not about the DEL surface or "variables." Do you think it's a coincidence that so many horses run 10-20 Beyer points better in their DEL starts? Start tracking how these horses do at ANY other track and you'll see what I mean.

Rains on the way. Not sure how much we'll get, but it may jeopardize the turf races.

Check the scratches/changes before punching those tickets.

I had a day straight from hell yesterday. I haven't even picked up the Form yet. I'll be 'capping on the fly and playing light today.

GL to all.

Rain and Thunderstorms starting around noon and lasting all afternoon. Plan on off the turf, at least for the late portion of the card....

Edit - 5th and 8th races just taken off
