Default Tampa Wed./Pick 4

This sequence looks hard as hell. IMO, there appear to be some very vulnerable favorites today that could produce a very nice payoff.

In the 7th, I think Uno Peso is a play against. Shows zero works over the Tampa sand, and I tend to play against short price horses in this type of scenario. Zadies horse is also in that same category with no works or races over the track. I think Hurricane Ginger is a suitable play at decent odds. I have no idea what to think of Wild in Wyoming. Looks slow on paper. Going from Catalano to Slomkoski, who is having an insane meet from his small amount of runners, is 39% with horses running in his care for the first time...and Ronnie sees fit to ride.

The 8th has me scratching my head even more Zadie has the ML favorite, but his lone race was a turf sprint back in June at Woodbine. Shows some decent works over the Tampa oval and KZ's numbers are just insane ( 1st w/Trn 58 .43 $3.21 +180days 19 .47 $3.47 ) BUT, Cardoso gets the call, really??? Joan Scott has 2 that look playable, Passero's horse can be used, as can Wheeler's Meadowlake colt with Ronnie up.

9th race - 5 Furlong turf dash....yeah, good luck with this one.

10th - Give me the Scace horse as my single.

Scratches should be out shortly...will post my ticket then.

My ticket is currently way to pricey. I need to make up my mind and start eliminating horses or get some scratch help .

Tough to punch tickets at Tampa and leave trainers clicking at 30+% off.

Play the lucky $20 ticket and watch the races....

The 8th race has me bamboozled. Damn near an all button.

For instance, Joan Scott has two in. The firster looks like the better of the two by far, but why is she using Mike Allen for that one? The other is working well and she is using Teator who she at least has a tiny bit of history with. Then again, that horse got beat in a MCL25k....

Love the Wheeler firster....Ziadie's has been working like a Ziadie that is going to win....Passero's ran respectably at GP and fires a bullet...don't discount the Barbaran firster, speedy OTC works and the dam won at first asking at HIA...oh, and the horse with the NY experience, nice works and Rosemary on the rail.....

9th.....

Dead Red will benefit from his comebacker, may not be able to recreate his '07 form...Dirtymoposse is my boy. Can stalk a speed laden race and Griff is super off the long layoff....Tytus has Ness pushing the buttons he may be stalking too as he has not gone this short, win machine....Not Acclaim - Ziadie....Xep for Elmer ensures a rapid pace...Cooper County is not big on winning, but may add to the pace....Cape of Storms (GL Dr. Paul), last two non-stakes were winners, may be left with too much to do in the stretch...Rocklane, surprised in his last, getting good?, had perfect trip, but may get another today.....Scruples In, doesn't quite have the killer instinct...Calc. Jimmy will add to the pace from the far outside....

3,4,5 for me, but many of the others would not shock me....

What about the 1 in that race? I was just looking, but I would toss the last race (first off the layoff). Based on what he's been running in this race offers some relief. I thought the 9 was interesting too. Win, step him up and still not in for a tag. You are right, definitely a tough sequance.

Thanks Mike. Cape is going out to stretch his legs today, he'll just be getting warmed up by the time they hit the wire. He's a tough horse to train because he's very hard on himself if you turn him loose in the mornings and when you take a hold of him he doesn't seem to get enough out of his works. First step back after a long layoff, hoping for better things on grass later on.

The 1's best races were in '07. His '08 form wasn't so good (at least not good enough for this company). He should definitely run better after his last race, but I'm not so sure he'll be tough enough to handle these.

The 9 is a very good possibility. He has one thing some of these others don't have, he's sharp. If the race falls apart, he'll be right there and should be a juicy price. My ticket is so thick, I can't include him.

I had a $100 wrote out and a $18 ticket wrote out, and have very little confidence in either, so I went the cheap route.

2,3/4,5,7/3,4,5/10

Redboard of the century...but I got the ticket to prove it Anyone and everyone can give me any grief they want. I played this ticket before I left as a hunch play in the 5th today. I loved the move that Feliciano was doing here and his numbers were outstanding. I didn't stay to watch the race, but just checked the results when I got home. Had no idea his odds would be that high

Get out the black book Kev, tell the ladies that you are going to Sizzler tonight and it on you! (make sure they know that Sizzler doesn't have a drive thru,as opposed to the regular establishments you take them to. I'm sure they will be impressed).

Reguardless, good score my man.

Thank you Rosie. Standing against Uno Peso ended up being the right play.
