Default Big bet

If my math is correct, someone made a $2,000 bet on Silver City in the Future Wager shortly after the windows opened today. His odds dropped from 59-1 to 15-1 in one tick.

I think anyone who bets a horse race three months before it's run, without knowing who is in even in the darn thing, is a sucker. But, it's fun!

its fun if you are using the free voucher CDI sent out. I have one for 10 bucks they sent me.

To bet thousands and take 15 - 25:1 on a sprinter when IF, big IF, he even makes the derby and would be 35:1 that day is down and out dumb

Not that it's a justification... but at least the horse is by Unbridled's Song.

But this is why parimutuel wagering is great.

I would hammer both Silver City and Notonthesamepage in the betting if there was a future wager for the Derby Trial.

Which I believe has it's Graded stake status back this year.

He's one of my favorite horses of all time. There was more to him than we saw, and he's throwing some pretty good runners.

Exactly, the more "idiot money" in the pool, the better, because then there is more for the rest of us to claim.

Hello Broadway is 45-1 and he's run well going one turn. He's a half to Nobiz Like Shobiz who won the Remsen and Wood Memorial. After the Derby he won a few stakes races on the grass. Tagg is going to enter Hello Broadway in the TB Derby. We'll see if he can run going long but if his odds remain around 40-1 Ii think he's worth taking a flier and putting a few bucks on him.
