If they can tolerate living with each other, then I think people have to settle for a close friendship. I mean, look at these fat people. Surely those marriages are friendships. They love each other like good friends. Those are cases of 2 people settling, right? That's why they call it "settle down."

I don't think they'll be inventing any holiday for the scenario you're describing!
Sheesh....go buy yourself a box of Godiva Chocolate.

Happy Valentines to all...and Congrats to Danzig and Tony for their success.

I just told the truth, and it's gunna hit many a nerve. I said a whole lot of people. So, nobody has to come make it clear that their situation is one of 2 people being with the 1 person in the world they would most like to be with. That happens. It especially happens with celebrity types. They have the resources to be able to do it. Why do you see them break up so much? It's because they can afford to do it. If they would rather be with someone else in the world, then they do it. Most people can't afford to do that. Look at this Rhianna girl. Chris Brown has evidently been physically abusive before, and cheated on her. So, why the hell was she with him? Why? It's because she loves him more than anyone else on the planet(that's a lil sick, but that's the truth.) They both have vast resources. So, they could afford to be in a dysfunctional situation. A lot of people can't. They may want to be with someone they love most(who has horrible personal problems,) but they can't afford to do it. What if the one person you love the most becomes a drug addict? Can you afford to stay with them? Probably not(they will often take down with them a person of average means.)

You're really talking about Rihanna and Chris Brown? Really?

it amazes me to see people who stay with someone who's bad for them. but, change is scary, and a lot of folks think that they can't do better.
