By Brad Free ARCADIA, Calif. - Julio Canani, trainer of top 3-year-old The Pamplemousse, was arrested Sunday by Sierra Madre police and charged with driving under the influence. Canani, 71, confirmed the incident at his Santa Anita stable on Monday morning, hours after he was released from jail.
