Zee Zee?

I know Dutrow has worked some magic with horses before, however does anyone how he pulled off working Zee Zee 5F in 59 and change at Keeneland on April 23rd and also having her as a Vet scratch at Gulfstream the same day??

Any reasonable explanations for this?
