Default so shutting a hole and alomost causing a horse to go down is now legal in NY?

not for nothing but how does nobody come down in the 5th at BEL? i think Coa claimed against the wrong horse as the 7 was the problem, but how do these clowns not take ANY action?

I thought the 7 may have been at fault. I caught the exacta, but I was hoping the 2 got moved up, call me greedy!

The 7 came out and shut off your horse. Should've come down.
