![]() I'm trying to figure out where people think the racing is going. I'm reading so many negatives that I think it can't quite be that bleak.

![]() I really wish there was a choice of "Cautiously Optimistic." IMHO venues who are working on the "Twenty Somethings" with promos and fun handicapping instruction/mixers to give the younger new fans the feel of being en vogue at the track will move the sport ahead. Don't put ZZ Top in the infield, put Cold Play. Serve the micro brews, Pacific Rim and Pix Six night, Wine Sampling and Wagering Strategies Wednesdays, give them their special area at the track. One. They have their own exclusive place. Two. they don't cross pollinate with your regular older, serious players who generally look and act a little different than these young "emulators." Salt the mine to start. Use OPC just like a land development.
Just a thought. ![]() |

![]() you guys see the bad news being trumpeted-magna in bankruptcy, small fields at hp and cd, but not too much about good news. but it's out there. other tracks are having good times, increasing purses and having large fields. we'll be fine. we won't ever be the nfl...but there's still plenty of money to be made and successes to enjoy.

![]() What I want to know is how do you do a poll? I've looked high and low for it.
