That's great i like a smaller venue getting bigtime horses. Wonder who Nancy and Mark will pick?

You know, those two are very fun to listen too. They provided me a lot of insight into 'capping when I first started getting into it just 5 or so years ago. The best thing was the difference between classes and the subtle ways trainers move horses around in them. I respect her opinion more than his, but they are fun.

They are a little quirky but he is an avid New York player during the day, i doubt if he bets much at Mnr.

i go to the wv derby every year....usually a nice time. small crowd....typically low grade stakes horses. will be great to see the bird there this year.

Do they get to wear their own silks for the WV Derby or will the Ky Derby Champ be running in the plain red from the 1 post?

They still use the house silks even on WV Derby Day. They put alot of money into the casino but the track is still a dump.

Track is far from a dump.
You want to see dumps, check out Pimlico and Churchill (termites galore).
Those wooden stands are a disgrace.

Thank you. I've attended 3 of the last 4 years and I was ceartain they used the house colors in at least some of the races........I thought I was losing it.
