Default 8/12: Saratoga (Week 3, Day 13)

Closed out first third of the Spa session with another big P4 hit ($1,059) that wiped out all of the week's multi-race miscues and drove profitability back to a strong arena. $169 2nd race trifecta with 3-2, and overwhelmingly likely winner Proud Zoe, was a real bonanza as well. Enter 2nd trimester of the meet looking to continue approach and build bankroll. Hope you did great Monday and are enjoying the meet coverage on ATR!

Modest SCR's today, but note #11 Tahoe Warrior (5-1) from Linda Rice draws into the 8th on 5 days rest and is quite possible under Garcia.

Funny listening to Simon and Todd on TVG.
They kept talking about his stretchout potential...How about looking at his lifetime PP's. He ran with the best 3yo Turfers in 2006, going long!

I can't thank you enough, Steve. I added Masterofthehouse to my P4 ticket just because of the comment you made. Resulted in a huge $4,600+ score.
Since my big payday wouldn't have happened without your unbelievable longshot tip, I'm going to send a gift to Old Friends Equine in Kentucky. Your knowledge benefits more than just the bettors today. Thanks again!

i too used Steves comment on the 2 horse in the last race for a $2 P3 and win and place on both the 11 tahoe warrior and the 2 in the last. Also everyone at the OTB in Scottsdale had the 2 horse( ten folks) in the last race and will be following your picks from now on. i too will send a check to the same place for retired horses. again thanks from arizona.

Thanks for the kind comments. Was my pleasure to share the thoughts and am thrilled so many capitalized. Heard from a third who hit the Quad as well. And what a nice gesture it is to send some of the winnings toward retirement.

Just got home from a long day at the track, Masterofthehouse! Remembered you liked him last time Steve. Had a nice WP bet on him., and my bro in law and my nephew both hit the late double!

Thanks Byk!, How you muster up the energy to do this every day is beyond me

... and how do you get all that sap out of your clothes?

Thanks Steve. I looked at TG's and saw your point. I missed Linda Rice for the P4 but not unhappy with a $292 DD. Excellent call and way to stick to your guns.
