Default Hurricane Bill

I don't want to scare anybody into thinking we have a huge storm definitely bearing down on New York, but it's a risk and perhaps a higher one than normal considering the temperature of the water at this time of year. I thought we might want to watch this situation.

The break in the high pressure systems will make a difference in whether Bill hits the US. Hopefully folks in the northeast will be safe and sound (obviously the most important concern), and on a racing-related note, that it won't greatly impact Saratoga. Some people in the general public might consider the latter a trivial concern, but we know it's very much not given the livelihoods and money involved not only for those working immediately in the industry but all the people impacted by it.
