Default DRF Archive Project up and running

Project coordinator Becky Ryder on ATR tonight to talk about it...

Part of the Kentuckiana Digital Library. Will ultimately have ALL Morning Telegraph-Daily Racing Form content... Should be ridiculously fun for history fans.

You already can find PP's in abvanced search. Tune in tonight to learn more.

I saw that stuff up 3 or 4 months ago ....

I found some PP's of horses Man O' War was racing against on there.

I certainly don't think Sumwonluvsyou could beat Man O' War ... but she might have been able to beat some of the horses MoW was racing against.

Here's his finest competitor - Upset. He beat MOW once at age 2, was 2nd by 1.5 lengths to him in the Preakness, and was 2nd by 3.5 to him in the Travers.

Here's the always dangerous 9 time stakes winner Capt Alcock.. a fine Suburban Handicap winner and Exterminator beater.

Here's the always dangerous Ralco ...

All those two and three horse fields of the olds days must have been a lot of fun.

I looked at the DRF cover for Monday after Secretariat won the triple crown. The most amazing part was that the paper was only $1.00!
