interesting read....i grew up reading this guy, i know everyone doesn't care for him, or agree with him, but i always read him when he had an article...some i agreed with, others i didn't, but i learned a lot.

where will cali racing be ten years from now? i can't begin to guess...

I'd like to hear Richi's opinion on this article. He knows west coast racing better than most I think.

you hear that....no, not the banjos...THAT. it's the sound of taps being played over cali racing.

or at least, that's what i've always heard.

the sport has issues, hopefully the right people can come up with the right solutions....

There have been a few local radio handicapers that have invited Andy to come on their show to debate the issues and so far nothing has happened. The trainers will tell you that you have to have a tough horse to win in California.
