Why are you posting editorial comment about a news article from April 2009?

The proposed 53 Billion for a light rail system is another example of a budget cut. Dems keep on spending like they have in the past. They still haven't learned thier lessons from the Nov 2010 election. Nov 2011 will hopefully be another slap in the face for the Dems. Twenty three seats up for bid, mostly in swing states.

Do you understand that the point of that high speed (not light) rail bill is to not only try and bring the US up to speed with what other first world countries have, infrastructure-wise, but to create thousands of jobs for steelworkers, factories, metalworkers, construction, etc? Because we have 9% unemployment and only 36,000 new jobs created last month?

What do you think of the budget cuts the Dems have done over the past 2 years?

Where is the money going to come for this? Which program will it be taken from know it all? Is the man in DC going to just add to the national deficit. This country has been without high speed rail all these years is it a neccessity when this country has no money? Maybe you should run for political since you know how to run this country.

Maybe they will cut benefits to veterans to pay for it.

Wouldnt suprise me. Also instead of the active duty getting a 1.4 percent raise they will get a pay freeze. Why wont Obama freeze his pay? Why does his wife has a enormous amount of people for a staff? Can't some cuts be made from there? Maybe they will cut something from your worthless butt.

Somehow I don't think you are really interested in talking about Obama's pay (no, he doesn't get raises), who froze the military pay and if that's true or not, or the actual size of the current First Lady's staff (it's very small, Laura Bush, Ladybird Johnson, Betty Ford and Jackie Kennedy all had much larger staffs)

But hey! Don't stop the hate train!

Did I say the pay for the military was frozen yet? Did you eat enough carrots when you was growing up? You sure can see what I said you just want to see what you want to in your dream world.

I read an article yesterday, that the First Lady appeared on Good Morning America (or one of those shows) this week to talk about her healthy kids program, she was wearing a $35 off-the-rack dress.

Spend, spend, spend!

This is the first time she has saved money. Go back to sleep.

If the Dems made budget cuts the past two then how did the National Debt go up genius?

Maybe you could think really hard, back to first grade math, where you learned addition and subtraction. Genius.

I seriously cannot believe an adult human asked that question.

Try really hard, and think of a scenario where spending has decreased via budget cuts, but the amount of spending still requires borrowing money to pay for it, and loans still have interest adding up.

Don't hurt your ass. I mean your brain. Genius.

LMAO. Have another Bourbon. Let it take away what little brain cells you have left. Maybe if you would stand up more there would less pressure on your brain.

i guess you missed the article that said federal revenue was it's lowest since 1950.
altho it is almost amusing to see you attack riot at every turn, you're really not the one to do that effectively, as one can't fight a battle of wits if one is unarmed. now, some of us on here might have some down and dirty moments, but i for one know of times when i agree with riot on things, and other times when i do not. you're constant barrage against her is strictly personal, and is becoming tedious. why don't you try actually arguing the points of her case, rather than just accuse her of stupidity? it might be interesting.
but probably not.

IGNORE ME THEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Riot has no problems attacking me. I guess what is good for the goose isnt good for the gander. Riot doesnt have me brainwashed like it seems that other people are. Riot always asked me for evidence on something and I gave it to Riot on occasions. Does Riot always give evidence? I was told that it wasnt sufficient enough. where is Riot's evidence I would say other words about Riot and another individual but I will use restrain and wont do that.
