I see SM making the lead with Preachinatthebar an lenght back. SM would have to back up for Preachinatthebar to close on him. Preachinatthebar is an even type front runner. I just don't see enough pressure on the front let anybody close on them.

I played the SM-PRB exacta. The way I am going PRB will beat him by a nose. Right now the exacta pays pretty well.

I bet a 10 Quinella @ SM with Preachinatthebar. SM races without blinkers and they are both @ 8/5

Just like Keyed Entry, these two should never have been in the Derby. Both done.

Sinister Minister backed up nicely once again...

When preachin' opened at 3-5, everyone should have known he was a sinch winner. Those huge opening line bet downs rarely lose...

I saw that and almost with PB over SM. Didn't matter. SM packed it in early. Both had terrible starts too.

Not so fast Joel. They took the blinkers off and they didn't get the lead he really needs. He had pressure the whole way and he was in against oler horse the first time. I think you were right that he didn't belong in the Derby, but he still might be a decent race horse.

Hard for SM to run a good race there. Missed the start by 4-5 lengths then ran up and had the lead after they went an eigth. Hard to win off that kind of start.
