Default Is this possible in GP r9 ?

GP r9
#3 Green Bluff

won his last race a $30,000 N3L, The final time was 1:36 4/5, the pace at 6F was 1:14 1/5. The horse was in front at both calls which means he ran the last qtr in 22 3/5??? Here are the other qtrs, 24, 25 2/5, 24 4/5 then speeds up to a 22 3/5. Should this be ignored as a timing aberration or is Green Bluff looking to run big today?

He finished up in :22.50. That's what happens when you crawl along early. Not something to get excited about.
