Mother Earth actually watched Barry and Michelle's PSA on bullying. Then Mother Earth read a few articles on the supposed $60 billion Saudi Arms deal and, in a fit of rage, caused an earthquake in the wrong area.

I wonder if the Muslims will cancel their day of rage in respect.

If the wave gets to Pasadena - we are in big big trouble.
Shouldn't pose a problem. But it might be a good excuse if you pick a loser

Would it really matter? The only time it was all weather was when it was sunny out.

Japan’s Thoroughbred breeding industry appears unscathed by quake, tsunami
"The center of Japan’s Thoroughbred breeding industry – home to such American-bred champions as Azeri, Silver Charm, and Charismatic – appears to have escaped the nation’s largest-ever earthquake with relatively little damage, according to an early report in Racing Post." http://www.drf.com/news/japan%E2%80%...-quake-tsunami |

That area of the world is by far the most active regarding quakes, the Japanese have strict building codes and many precautions against this sort of thing but nobody can prepare for an 8.9. It will be days before extent of damage is known, the US stands ready to help, hopefully we can assist them in their hour of need.

I think that nuclear reactor just melted down.
WAKI, Japan – An explosion at a nuclear power station Saturday destroyed a building housing the reactor amid fears that it was close to a disastrous meltdown after being hit by a powerful earthquake and tsunami.....Footage on Japanese TV showed that the walls of the reactor's building had crumbled, leaving only a skeletal metal frame standing. Puffs of smoke were spewing out of the plant in Fukushima, 20 miles (30 kilometers) from Iwaki. ,`- ( |
