Kentucky Derby betting options and Vegas

I was hoping the good people of this forum can help me with a couple of things. I'm going to be in Vegas at the same time the Oaks/Derby is going.

Two questions:
1) Do you know where I can find the betting options on Derby day (ie .50c pick 4's vs. $1 pick 4's or .10c supers vs. $1 supers, etc)

2) Any good advice on sportsbooks or places to go in Vegas for a horse player

I don't know if Churchill is going to take 10 cent supers this year, they previously have not on Oaks-Derby day. If they do, I can't imagine you won't be able to bet them anywhere.

I like the racebook at the Hilton. It's older but it's very big, comfortable and they still treat race players nicely.

The best race books in Vegas are at the Wynn and Red Rock. Nothing else is even close.

I had an extremely good time at the Southpoint last year on Derby weekend. It's busy so get there early to get a seat but they also had one of the ballrooms open for a Derby party to handle the crowds with tables and TV's setup. I had no problem getting wagers down and thought it was quite a nice atmosphere. It's well off the Strip which may or may not bother you. Check out their website................

Bally's isn't as nice as the Wynn, but they take good care of horse players.
Green Valley Ranch and Red Rock are both great, but unless you're staying there, too far out of the way.

Just know that in most places, you have to make your wagers with a live teller, (no machines) which can be problematic if you do multi-race wagers using the Ticketmaker system.

All of the books should take any kind of bet you want, as long as it's part of the Churchill system.
