I find it interesting that Tom Proctor is running Keertana here against males instead of in the Sheepshead Bay at Belmont.

Not looking too deeply into it but she is stabled at CD and her record at each track is:

@CD 8 3 2 2 $430,295 (47% of her lifetime earnings)
@Bel 2 0 0 1 $55,000

He's staying close to home with a surface that she is proven on.

He also said something about keeping her around 3 turns in the interview after her last race with Battaglia, not sure how many it is for the Belmont race.

If that's the case then she's going to have a very light schedule this summer with the highlight being the Glens Falls.

...and her Owner lives near Lexington and is 77 years old. She simply may just want to see her horse run in person.

Dude, I don't follow it that closely to know, my assumption is it is two, or one of those races that start in that chute.

There's no such thing as a 3 turn turf race at Belmont.

Not as far as I can remember and I've been following pretty closely since the mid 80s. I can't imagine there has been one since the 90s.

I'll try to look it up.

Exciting finish in the Louisville. Keertana enjoys a pretty nifty trip, and gets the bob.
