![]() eight men out and being john malkovich (where all he did was play himself) were decent movies. he had pretty inconsequential roles in each.
comedy is a tough gig so it's not a dis that his best roles were there. but major league covered territory that slap shot already did much better 12 years before. i'd watch repo man another 10x before bothering with major league again. and then only for bob uecker. sheen + uecker can't quite overcome the pain of watching corbin bernsen trying to be funny. |
