Default The Works on TVG

Each day they are picking a topic to discuss.Yesterday was about Lasix and it got pretty heated between Amoss and Bray. Today they are discussing the use of the whip, same people. Should be interesting.

I side with Tom Amoss and he made some good arguments. The best one where he said in America this is a business/industry where everyday people are in the game trying to make a living, and not controlled by the Elite where there is one track going for the whole country for huge purses. We have so many tracks and we need horses to run.

Huge purses? The purses in England are laughable--especially when you see the value of the bloodstock running for them.

I didn't see it, but Amoss sounds 100% right.
